Epixior understands that occasionally we all make spontaneous purchases that we aren’t 100% happy with. It’s all part and parcel of the wonderful world of shopping; sometimes we buy before we try, and later regret a rash decision resulting in an unloved bra or shoes.

*Please note there are a few Epixior items which, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on, unless the product is unopened and in a resaleable condition. This is simply for hygiene reasons – we hope you understand. These are:

  • Wireless and Strapless bra
  • Replacement wing tape for backless, strapless bra
  • Clear back bra
  • Stick & clip bra
  • Lace up bra
  • Stick on thong
  • Socks & hosiery


  1. Epixior will accept your item(s) within 15 days from date of arrivals
  2. To be accepted for return/exchange, items must be in the original purchase condition including the original packaging and all parts and accessories.
  3. We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:
  • You receive an incorrect item
  • Your order contains damaged product(s)
  • Your order is defective
  • Part of your order is missing from the package.


  1. Place the product in it original packaging and take a picture
  2. Please send us 1 email to [email protected] with the subject “Request Exchange / Returns for Order ### (Your Order Number)” with the description of your problem. Please attach the picture of the product that you just took along with the email.
  3. We’ll notify the approval or rejection and the detail on how to proceed the return via email. Please note that we will not accept returning item without prior approval.
  4. Please allow us 5-10 business days to receive and process your returned products. After we’ve received your returned product, a credit will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase.


If you have received anything that was damaged, or defective, or missing parts, please do not hesitate to contact us via [email protected] for further assistance. For all other cases, return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Fee is 10% Order Price (Minus Shipping Fee)


If you have not received a refund after a week has gone by, please check your bank account again. You should also contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is fully processed.

You can also contact your bank since there is often some processing time before a refund is processed.

You can cancel your order within 12 hours from purchasing time. Please be well informed that in the first 6 hours, a full refund can be issued.

However, in next 6 hours, your order will be prepared packing, and shipping. At this time, we can cancel your order, however, you will be charged for 20% of your total order transaction as cancellation fee (which includes transaction fee, shipping label fee, management system fee). Beyond the first 12 hours, the cancellation request cannot be fulfilled.

You can only change order information (size, color, address) within 12 hours from purchasing time of the same day.

Full refund only applies to switching orders. Once you place new orders, we will cancel old orders and refund 100%.


Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for items on sale of more than 80%
